Virginia E. Montani Tesei is the founder of the Montani Tesei law firm.
Graduated in law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, she studied between Italy and Spain. After graduating, she completes her studies with advanced courses in art law, first of all at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa and then with subsequent masters.
Following experiences in international law firms Ms. Montani Tesei founds her law firm focused on art law, where she assists both national and international private and institutional Clients (such as artist, art collectors, art galleries, foundations and museums), in relation of the protection, circulation, management, enhancement and transmission of private cultural assets.
The firm assists its Clients in relations with the Public Administration oriented to the protection and enhancement of public and private cultural heritage. The Firm supports the dialogue with national institutions, the Soprintendenza and the MIC (Minister of Culture), also provide legal assistance before the ordinary and administrative Court.
Author of numerous art law essays and articles, professor of Art law at the Master “Management of Art and Cultural Heritage” of the Giunti Academy, and speaker at conferences and second level masters.
